Take your teaching to the next level and lead the way in delivering New Zealand’s digital technologies curriculum.

Empower Your Teaching with Digital Technologies

In today’s world, digital technologies shape every part of our lives—from how we work and play to how we learn. As a teacher, staying ahead with the latest digital education practices is essential to ensuring students are prepared for the future.

SIGNAL’s EDUCATE programme was designed to equip teachers with the skills needed to champion Computer Science and Programming in schools, including supporting the new NCEA Achievement Standards for Digital Technologies. The programme allows you to enhance your teaching skills while continuing to teach, seamlessly integrating your new knowledge into your classroom.

Programme Highlights

  • Duration: Approx. 2 years (learn while you teach)
  • Courses: Digital Technologies in Education courses at the University of Canterbury
