Research: Calling all Agile Companies

Are you a ground-breaking SME that is experimenting with new ways to think and do HR? Leonie Mollet, a PhD Student and HR professional would like to contact you for her thesis research.

In search of innovative organizations for HR case studies (PhD research)

Where are the ground-breaking SMEs that are experimenting with new ways to think and do HR? Preferably in the service sector, max. 250 staff, located in NZ and consciously agile (or responsive) throughout whole organization.

Background: There is a mismatch between traditional HR models (based on hierarchy, centralized planning and command-and-control) and agile principles and values. As a consequence, an increasing number of organizations are searching for new approaches.

The PhD thesis with the title "Agile HR: Emergent practice in agile organizations" conducts case studies to gather examples and experiences, then uses the data to look for recurring topics and common patterns that can be synthesized towards a new HR model for agile organizations.
