SIGNAL welcomes new staff to Christchurch and Dunedin offices

We are excited to introduce Lufei Wang (Christchurch), and Stephen Geddes (Dunedin) to the SIGNAL team.

Lufei and Stephen have been appointed to administration and engagement roles to enable SIGNAL to maintain and increase the level of service provided to existing and prospective students, as well as other stakeholders.  Their appointments mean that senior SIGNAL team members can focus on strategic initiatives and strengthening the SIGNAL brand and presence within the tech and education sectors.

Lufei Wang

Operations Administrator (Christchurch)

Lufei joined the team in August.  Prior to this she worked at the University of Canterbury in the International Relationships Office.  While there she undertook a variety of roles such a project researcher, application and enrollments administration. Originally from Beijing, Lufei was an after school teacher of geography in a leading education group for three years. She moved to New Zealand in 2016, and completed a master’s degree in Business Management from the University of Canterbury. Lufei has a passion and dedication for technology, and is looking forward to working and growing with SIGNAL.

Stephen Geddes

Operations & Engagement Coordinator (Dunedin)

Stephen is our newest team member, joining SIGNAL at the beginning of September.  He has extensive experience in the tertiary education sector, both as a student and in marketing, recruitment and engagement roles.  After completing a Bachelor of Commerce and Master of Business at the University of Otago, he has worked as the Marketing Manager at Telford Rural Polytechnic, promoted and recruited for the University of Otago's MBA programme, and joins SIGNAL after 12 years as the Otago Business School's Divisional Marketing and Communications Coordinator.

Stephen is looking forward to working with the close-knit SIGNAL team in a boutique course environment within the dynamic tech sector.

Both Lufei and Stephen look forward to being able to assist with your SIGNAL enquiries, feel free to call in if you are passing by.
