SIGNAL's Educate programme supports $40m digital fluency package for New Zealand schools.
Education Minister, Nikki Kaye, announced last week the biggest change to the New Zealand Curriculum in ten years. The change will equip young learners for the increasingly digitalised workplace and society. As part of this change, there is a need to upskill teachers with the necessary knowledge and capability to implement these changes. SIGNAL's Educate programme enables teachers to deliver the Computer Science and Computer Programming strands of the Digital Technologies curriculum in schools.
