It's all about the people

Friday November 10, 2017

Kylie Robinson of Igtimi has recently joined the SIGNAL Board.  Igtimi is best known for its high performance watersports tracking products recently used to track the America's Cup boats; a great example of Kiwi products being used globally.

A comment around the TIN100 report caught our attention recently as it highlights where we see SIGNAL helping organisations with people in tech roles.

"Looking ahead, TIN asked chief executives to outline the key challenges for the next year. The most prevalent challenge is the ability to recruit and retain quality, skilled staff to satisfy ongoing demand growth, TIN said."

Development of our industry focused programmes will position us as a partner in tech talent acquisition, development and retention. This will see us launch a range of services to help in skills diagnostic, career planning, and organisational people strategy to help address these key challenges.

Please get in touch if you are keen to join this journey with us.
