SIGNAL Dunedin hosts Special February GameDev MeetUp

Wednesday January 29, 2020

Dunedin GameDev Meetup is back for 2020 and we’re starting off with a bang!

With huge thanks to CODE, we are lucky enough to have Tabitha Hayes, Chief Marketing Officer for Star Stable in Stockholm with us for a fireside chat.

Previously working with EA, Tabitha has an incredible amount of experience for marketing games. Come and learn about catering to niche audiences in games and how to effectively reach people and create community for them.

Star Stable is a huge MMORPG on PC popular among girls aged 10-14. With millions of users, players care for horses and go on adventures together.

This event is all ages and will be relevant to developers in the industry, indie developers, hobbyists, students and parents or caregivers.

5:45pm–8pm, Wednesday, February 5

5:45pm - Doors open
6pm - Welcome
6:10 - Fireside chat with Tabitha Hayes
7pm - Announcements
7:10pm - Mingle and show off games
