Another successful Speed Networking Event @ SIGNAL Christchurch

Wednesday June 12, 2019

One of the main things you hear within the Christchurch Tech community, is that your network really contributes to your net worth and the importance of building your community for success. (Especially in a city where people are regularly asked which high school they attended!)

The Speed Networking event  held on June 11 was another great opportunity to meet the diverse and dedicated career changing SHIFT cohort. The businesses were very impressed with the quality of the cohort and the wide-ranging skills they can bring to the table. We are in the process of matching project host organisations and cohort.

Projects included BA role, tester, project manager, product development/tech support, front-end design and development of an application, and gamification project.  We would like to thank all the businesses that attended.

Next semester a new SHIFT cohort will be looking for Industry Projects. If this is of interest to your organisation or you would like more information please get in contact with SIGNAL ICT Graduate School.

We wish all parties future success in the upcoming projects.
