Grow the next generation! Support a teacher in Educate

Monday September 25, 2017

Digital Technologies teachers are committing their holiday time and are working out of school hours to continue their professional development by studying on the Educate programme.

Whilst some schools can support some or all of the course fees for a teacher, many are not able to do so.  In addition, teachers outside of Christchurch have travel and accommodation costs to cover whilst they attend the short course component.

Individuals and organisations are able to support teachers through SIGNAL & University of Canterbury.

We are able to accept contributions towards scholarships and to manage the scholarship process.

Contributions can be of any amount but a standard Educate scholarship will be $1,000.

Contact SIGNAL Director, Stuart Charters, director@signal.ac.nz to discuss your contribution.
