Guest Speakers the Highlight of 2019 'Pizza Nights'

From September through December, SIGNAL hosted a series of fun and informative events featuring 14 local tech industry professionals, as part of our Tech Careers & Pizza Nights in Christchurch and Dunedin. 

Syen Nik, Head of Machine Learning at Jade Software Corporation, presents his journey into Data Science.

Our guests came from a diverse range of career backgrounds, showcasing the wide variety of skills across different tech roles. 

They also described what attributes make for great employees considering a career in tech, and how your existing degree and experiences can launch you into an exciting new career.

Ashley Bass, Product Manager at Jade Software Corporation, shares her experience working for more than ten years in high growth software companies.
