Cain Duell of DoubleO Consulting delivered a full-day Agile Over View and Fundamentals workshop at the SIGNAL Dunedin space. Attendees included current SHIFT students, and industry professionals from AbacusBio, ADInstruments, Motor Trade Finance and The Tarn Group.
Cain introduced the theory of Agile through history and background before attendees dove into practical applications of Scrum, Kanban, Product Backlog and Modern Agile. The workshop was entertaining and engaging, and participants may never look at paper aeroplanes in the same way again!
A very big thank you goes to Cain Duell, (who skilfully managed to add value to everyone's knowledge of Agile - whether a total novice or actively practicing this increasingly popular method of work flow and team management) and to all who wholeheartedly took part in what was a valuable and enjoyable development workshop.
