Xtend 2018 Success Stories!

Wednesday December 12, 2018

A huge congratulations to our 2018 Xtend graduates, Nadia Thorne, Mark Oliver, Les Miskin and Jamie Vaughan.

Xtend is SIGNAL's leadership programme aimed at those who have been within industry for three or more years,  who wish to further develop their leadership skills, whether in thought, people, process or technology leadership.  Your learning is based upon specific projects in the workplace that are innovative, relevant, and add value to both you and your organisation. You do not need to spend your evenings or weekends studying while working full time, as your work is integrated into your learning.

The organisations whose employees have completed Xtend report a major return on investment, with positive affects not only on the individual, but also their teams and the wider organisation.   Several have also enrolled further staff into the programme after being impressed by the results achieved of the initial participant.

Individuals describe it as " undoubtedly the best thing I have ever done. It has helped me grow massively both in my professional and my personal life ".

If you, or some of your team would like to discuss what the Xtend programme could offer, please do get in touch with us today to start your leadership journey, or to discuss how Xtend may benefit some of your team, and keep them engaged in your organisation.
